The Grand Forks County North Dakota Responsible Serving of Alcohol course is for all persons serving or selling alcohol in Grand Forks County, North Dakota (but outside the City of Grand Forks), including managers, bartenders, servers, sellers and bouncers at a bar, restaurant, motel or bottle shop in Grand Forks county.

This course teaches servers and sellers the laws in Grand Forks County North Dakota regarding the sale and service of alcohol, as well as how to check IDs and minimize over-consumption.
